TRISMAT(TM) PHOSPHATE, MONOBASIC - Introduction
[2-hydroxy-1,1-bis(hydroxymethyl)ethyl] The ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, chemical formula C5H15NO6P, often referred to as a buffer Bis-Tris (I. e., N,N-Bis(2-hydroxyethyl)glycine), is a water-soluble compound.
Nature:
1. Appearance: white crystalline solid;
2. melting point: about 220 ℃;
3. soluble in water, insoluble in common organic solvents;
4. neutral solution;
5. has good cushioning performance.
Use:
1. as a buffer: because it can maintain the pH stability of the solution under acidic and neutral conditions, it is often used as a buffer in biochemical experiments and analysis;
2. for nucleic acid electrophoresis: as a commonly used carrier buffer, can be used for DNA and RNA separation electrophoresis;

Preparation Method:
